Terms of Use
Read the site, quote us with a link, don't scrape the whole thing. That's most of it.
Effective 16 July 2026
CraftVenturous is published by Infinitely Many Hats, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using https://craftventurous.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
What’s on this site
Everything here is a first-person record of places we actually went and things we actually drank, ate, or packed. Reviews, ratings, and recommendations are our personal opinion on the day we visited. They are not professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of anything you’ll experience. Businesses change hands, recipes change, staff change, and a great visit in one year can be a poor one the next. We mark places we know to have closed, but we can’t promise the information is current, complete, or accurate.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol, and we don’t sell it. The site is intended for adults of legal drinking age. Please enjoy craft beverages responsibly, and never drive after drinking.
Our content belongs to us
The reviews, photographs, written guides, ratings, brand, logo, and the arrangement of it all are owned by Infinitely Many Hats, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. We wrote every word and took the photos ourselves. Third-party trademarks — brewery names, product names, logos — belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and commentary only.
You are welcome to:
- Read, share, and link to any page.
- Quote a short excerpt for commentary, criticism, or news, with clear attribution and a link back to the page you took it from.
Please don’t:
- Republish a review, photo, or guide in whole or substantial part — anywhere, including other sites, apps, or social accounts — without our written permission.
- Systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract the content or the underlying data, whether by hand or by automated means, or use it to build or train a competing dataset or product.
- Remove or obscure our attribution, watermarks, or copyright notices.
- Present our ratings or reviews as your own, or as an endorsement of your product or business.
- Interfere with the site: probe it for vulnerabilities, defeat rate limits or bot protection, or overload it.
If you want to use something in a way this doesn’t cover, just ask. The answer is often yes.
Affiliate links and independence
Some links to gear are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every page that carries them and in our privacy policy. It does not change what we say: we don’t take payment for a positive review, and a commission never buys a rating. Our editorial policy explains how we actually decide.
Links to other sites
We link out to breweries, parks, retailers, tour operators, and other third parties. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, their products, or how they handle your data. Once you leave CraftVenturous, their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that anything on it is accurate or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinitely Many Hats, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on anything you read here — including a trip that disappointed you or a business that turned out differently than our review suggested. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply to the greatest extent permitted.
Corrections and takedowns
If we got something wrong about your business, or you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us and we’ll look at it promptly. We’d rather be accurate than right. We host no user-generated content — every word is ours — so there is no third-party material for us to referee.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date above tells you when they last moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
